Andrea is the visionary behind F.L.A.W.LESS—Financial Literacy for American Women—a transformative movement designed to educate, inspire, and empower women to take charge of their finances. Through her powerful, high-impact events, she teaches practical strategies to make money, save money, protect money, and grow money. Her core belief is simple yet powerful: “No one is too young or too old to build their dreams.”
A self-made powerhouse, Andrea has built multimillion-dollar enterprises from the ground up. She currently co-leads Aqua Financial Center in Woodland Hills, CA, alongside her husband, Rory Douglas. Together, they manage over $60 million in assets and lead a network of more than 300 licensed agents across the U.S. and Canada.
Andrea resides in Calabasas with her husband Rory and their son Jabril, continuing to lead by example as a wife, mother, mentor, and trailblazer in financial literacy and entrepreneurship.

Her specialty is retirement planning, investments, life insurance, business formation, estate planning and debt management. She is currently licensed in 42 states.

Andrea adds Author to her resume with her new upcoming book “The Things My Father Made Me Do” which is set to release in March 2024. It is a memoir that relives the moments of her life as a farm girl restricted from the outside world and the hardships she and her siblings had to encounter in order to be good.

Not only was she producer of several platinum music artists albums and world tours in her former entertainment career, but now Andrea spends her time creating content for television and film. She and her husband created AndyRoy Productions as a way to provide a platform to produce content within Reality TV, Episodic and Game Shows.
